Accent Art Glass Presents: About the Artist
David and Debbie Rosenfeldt started their glass adventure in 1990 making stained
and fused glass kaleidoscopes. They are both self-taught artisans. In 1994 they began glass
blowing and flame sculpting. This led to marble making and subsequently, the introduction of
the H2Orb. The H2Orb was originally designed as a liquid-filled marble for viewing in a
kaleidoscope. David blows the orb and when it is annealed (cooled), Debbie fills the orb with
her flame sculpted glass cane. The orb is then filled with the liquid and sealed at its "belly
button". Each H2Orb is signed D+D and dated.I really enjoy making marbles. Marbles cross all boundaries: age, race, religion, cultures, and they bring smiles an memories to all. -David Rosenfeldt
David uses a variety of colors in his marbles and a vast palette of dichroic glass. All of David's marbles are signed and dated.
