Accent Art Glass Presents: About the Artist
Massimo Strino has been creating art for the last 25 years, first as a photographer,
later as a kaleidoscope artist. His roots go back to Italy, where his father used to be one of the
few goldsmiths left in the city of Naples to know how to make gold filigree by hand. His mother’s
family has been hand-crafting scales and other precision instruments for centuries.Massimo took all of these skills and turned them into some of the most precious, elegant, and mechanically sophisticated kaleidoscopes, coveted by collectors worldwide. The photos on this page are actual kaleidoscope images from Massimo's creations.
